Clearing the cache on your iPad can help to make it run more efficiently. It can also solve some issues faced with websites or accounts.
1. Open the Settings app on your iPad and then tap on "Safari."
2. Tap on "Clear History and Website Data."
3. Tap "Clear" to confirm the clearing of data.
Note: This will log you out of any websites or accounts in Safari.
To clear cache for specific apps on your iPad, we will need to uninstall and reinstall the app. Please raise a Freshdesk ticket to us at: https://scgssict.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new to do so.
For cloud-based apps such as Google Classroom and Google Slides, removal of these apps will not cause any data loss. However, for third-party apps like CollaNote, Goodnotes, Sketchbook, do ensure that your data has been backed up first before we proceed to uninstall and reinstall the app. You may refer to this guide: Backing Up Data for Non-Standard Apps.
