When looking to repair your device, you may occasionally be asked prove ownership of your iPad and/or Apple pencil.

Do a search for "Asiapac" in your Student iCON email.


Look for the Proof of Receipt email sent by Asiapac when you first got the iPad. This proves that you own both iPad and Apple pencil and are covered by Apple Care. Only students who have purchased the device from the school will receive this email.
