Do you experience apps spontaneously closing or your iPad suddenly restarts without any reason? Here are a few things you can try...
Update Application
- Open the App Store. Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen, scroll to see pending updates and release notes. Tap <Update> found next to an app to update only that app, or tap <Update All>
(If using Safari) Clear Browser History
- If your crashes are occurring in Safari specifically, then try going to Settings > Safari and tap <Clear History and Website Data>, then <Clear History and Data>. Note: This will log you out of websites that you’re logged into, so do save your work if needed.
Hard Reset
- Press and hold both the Home and the Top buttons until you see the Apple logo.
