Turn off and on your iPad
- Check that you are on the PDLP@SSOE network after restarting your iPad.

Try another network
- Try connecting the iPad to a different network e.g. SWN@SSOE and then connecting back to PDLP@SSOE.
- Check with your ICT champions in your class if there are any updates from the school ICT Department. It may be a network-wide outage.
