If you've forgotten your iPad passcode, please do not turn off or restart your iPad. Instead, submit a ticket to us here and we will try to help unlock your iPad.

If your iPad is still connected to the internet/Wi-Fi, we may be able to send an unlock command to the device to remove the forgotten passcode. You can then set a new passcode for your iPad.

If your iPad is not connected to the internet/Wi-Fi, then we may need to wipe the device, which means that all data on the device will be lost.

Restarting your iPad means that it will no longer connect to Wi-Fi until the passcode is entered and it will not be able to receive any commands from the network.
